Princess is happy to report that she is finally recovered enough from her injury to run again. She did 3.22 miles on Sunday at a spectacular 14 min/mile pace. The squirrels and chipmunks were scampering to keep up.
Just in time to compete in the Pat Griskus Olympic triathlon on June 18. Princess suspects the run will not be her finest hour. To make matters worse, last year's 55-59 age group women turned in some amazing times. Faster than the women in the younger age group. Those are some very scary women.
