Groundhog's day and I am thinking about how to make this year different from the last few. Every year I set race goals and I reach them. Am I not setting my goals high enough? Last year I qualified for Boston, the year before did my sub-6 hour 1/2 Ironman and completed an Ironman. So what will it be this year? As I am getting older I am afraid I won't be getting faster, so I am trying to figure out what my races will look like. Due to my new work environment, I will have a lot more time to train during the day; a luxury I have never had before.
